The EVZ (Eishockeyverein Zug) is the largest ice hockey club in Central Switzerland and, moreover, an innovative sports company with around 118 permanent employees, 297 part-time staff, and 236 volunteers in the areas of sports, management, youth development, and gastronomy.
With 21 youth teams and the in-house training concept "The Hockey Academy," the EVZ focuses on sustainable and long-term youth development. For the youngest players, the EVZ collaborates with the youth organizations of the clubs Argovia Stars, EHC Seewen, and KSC to strengthen ice hockey in the region. The Men's and Women's teams of EVZ compete in the highest and second-highest Swiss leagues, respectively. With the EVZ roadmap, the EVZ continues to set ambitious, long-term goals.
