Gastronomy
The EVZ gastronomy welcomes visitors on match days as well as on other occasions and offers culinary highlights both inside and outside the BOSSARD Arena.
EVZ Gastro AG was founded in spring 2009 and is a subsidiary of EVZ Holding AG.
In addition to the catering in the BOSSARD Arena (67 Sixtyseven Sportsbar, catering at EVZ home games), it also runs the Fondue Chalet Zug on the Arenaplatz from November to January and the Kolins Kitchen market stall in the Freiruum in Zug. With its in-house Blueline Catering, EVZ Gastronomy can also be booked for events inside and outside the BOSSARD Arena.
The catering department has around 20 permanent employees and over 300 part-time staff, who are mainly on duty at EVZ home games.
NEW in season 2024/25
From the 2024/25 season, the range of food stands at the BOSSARD Arena will be expanded. The most popular dishes will now be offered at more stands in the stadium in order to shorten distances and reduce queuing times.
The ordering and payment processes in the 67 Sportsbar and the Legends Club will be optimized thanks to extensive digitalization.
